About this trip

There comes a point when you realize you don’t need to become a different woman.

You need to stop holding back the woman who is already there.

Anchor to Audacity is a three-day immersive retreat for women of all ages who are ready to reconnect with their strength, challenge themselves in new ways, pursue more joy, and decide how fully they want to live their next chapter.

Because living audaciously doesn’t have to mean blowing up your life or doing something reckless. Sometimes audacity looks like trying something you’ve never done before.

  • Getting your feet off the ground.

  • Getting into the waterfall.

  • Moving your body because it feels damn good.

  • Laughing until your stomach hurts.

  • Having the conversation you didn’t know you needed.

Or simply asking yourself:

What would I choose if I stopped waiting?

Over the weekend, we’ll use movement, adventure, reflection, nature, and community to explore what living audaciously looks like for you—not someone else’s version of a bold life.

Expect Pilates and yoga. Expect time outside. Expect meaningful conversation, genuine connection, play, challenge, and space to rest.

And yes—expect a little adventure.

You don’t need to be a certain age, have a particular fitness level, or be at a specific stage of life to belong here. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and choose the experiences that feel right for you.

This isn’t a weekend about escaping your real life.

It’s about returning to it more connected to yourself, more willing to take up space, and more intentional about what you want to choose next.

Elohee Retreat Center | North Georgia

Live audaciously. Age powerfully.

What You'll Experience

Move

Pilates, yoga, functional movement, and outdoor practices designed to help you feel strong, capable, grounded, and connected to your body.

Play

Dip your toes or heck your whole body into a waterfall, yoga, laughter, and experiences that remind you that joy does not have an expiration date.

Challenge Yourself

Ziplining gives us the opportunity to practice audacity instead of merely talking about it—trying something that may be outside your comfort zone while surrounded by women cheering you on.

Get Into Nature

Walk the trails, spend time beside the waterfall, and—if you're feeling audacious enough—take the dip.

Connect

Some of the most powerful moments on retreat happen around the table, on the trail, over coffee, or during conversations no one planned.

This weekend intentionally creates room for real connection without forcing it.

Explore What Living Audaciously Means to You

Through guided reflection and conversation, you'll look at where you may be playing small, what you want more of, and what you're ready to choose next.

Not someone else's version of a bold life.

Yours.

There will be time to explore on your own, whether that's Elohee's campus, getting a massage, a Reiki session, or just time to sit and hear the sound of the waterfall.

Day 1 Arrive

Day 1 Arrive image

Come Back to Yourself

Day 1 —

Come back to yourself.

Arrive. Exhale. Meet your people.

We’ll begin the weekend by settling into the space and into ourselves.

After everyone arrives, we'll gather for our opening experience and start exploring a deceptively simple question:

What would living more audaciously actually look like in your life?

The evening will include movement, dinner, conversation, reflection, and plenty of room to simply settle in.

No performing.

No having it all figured out.

Just showing up.

Day 2: DARE

Day 2: DARE image

Ziplining and waterfall plunge

Get out of your head. Get into the experience.

Saturday is our biggest day of movement, play, challenge, and adventure.

We’ll begin with an energizing morning practice before breakfast and then take the concept of audacity out of the workshop and into real life.

Morning Movement:

There will be an opportunity to participate in morning yoga to start your day through breath, movement, so that you're ready for the day ahead.

Breakfast: Coffee, tea, a delicious breakfast delivered to the house catered to any dietary needs.

Free Time: This is your opportunity to book a body work session, explore Elohee on your own (gift shop!), hang out with someone you met, or find some solitude. The choice is yours!

Lunch: Time to fuel up for the adventure ahead.

Ziplining.

There is something powerful about standing at the edge, feeling the nerves, and choosing to go anyway. And there is something even better about doing it with a group of women yelling, laughing, and cheering each other on.

Decompress

After coming down from the literal high of ziplining, you’ll have time to shower, unwind, and recharge before dinner.

Dinner & Evening by the Fire

We’ll gather for dinner, then carry the evening to our private outdoor fire pit for connection, joy, and the simple pleasure of being fully present together.

  • Expect s’mores.

  • Expect fireside stories.

  • Expect reflection.

  • Expect laughter.

  • Expect room to breathe.

And expect a few opportunities to surprise yourself.

Day 3: CHOOSE

Day 3: CHOOSE image

Take the audacity home with you

Take the audacity home with you.

Sunday morning gives us space to slow down, take in everything we’ve experienced, and decide what comes home with us.

Morning Movement

We’ll begin with a grounding movement practice to reconnect with our bodies and ease into the final day.

Breakfast

We’ll gather for breakfast, good conversation, and a little more time together around the table.

Optional Morning Hike

Choose an invigorating hike through the beautiful Elohee landscape or enjoy a slower morning on the property.

And yes—there may be a waterfall involved.

Pack Up

You’ll have time to return to your room, pack your things, and prepare for departure.

Closing Circle

We’ll gather one final time to reflect on the weekend and answer the question that matters most:

What are you willing to choose differently when you go home?

Because the goal isn’t to be audacious for one weekend.

It’s to leave with the clarity and courage to bring a little more audacity into your everyday life.

Lunch & Departure

We’ll share one final meal before saying goodbye—arriving as individuals and departing as friends, connected by everything we’ve experienced together.

You’ll head home feeling stronger, lighter, energized, and connected—and hopefully already wondering:

What audacious thing am I going to do next?
