The Anchor & Shift Retreat: Anchored in Strength. Empowered in the Shift is an immersive experience for women 50+ who recognize that shift happens—in career, identity, relationships, and energy—and are ready to meet this season with intention rather than resistance. This retreat is grounded in the understanding that while change is inevitable, how you navigate it is a choice.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, reflection, and embodied practices, you will explore how to stabilize during transition, reconnect to your core values, and lead yourself with clarity. Over three days, grounded movement accessible for every body, breathwork, journaling, ritual, time in nature, and meaningful community support the release of what no longer serves and the creation of steady anchor points for sustainable growth. This is not about becoming someone new—it is about returning to yourself, grounded, resourced, and ready for what is next.
Amanda Curd is a physical therapist, Pilates and yoga teacher, and founder of Anchor to Life Pilates, with over 25 years of experience guiding women through midlife transitions with strength, clarity, and compassion.
